МАМА И МАЛЫШ

МУЗЫКАЛЬНО-СЕНСОРНЫЕ занятия с мамой.

Комплексное занятие состоит из двух частей. Первая часть  проходит в просторном зале и состоит из подвижных игр под музыку, танцев и песенок. 

Затем вся группа переходит из зала в маленькую уютную комнату. Здесь заранее организовано то, что мы называем развивающей средой. А для малышей это волшебство! Знакомые предметы покажутся сокровищами, если их по-особенному преподнести ребёнку. В этой комнате совершается тихая и кропотливая работа. Малыши осваивают новые умения, знакомятся с разными материалами и фактурами. Играют в удивительные по своей простоте игры. Игры, которые наполняют и развивают маленького человека. А маме дают передышку. И новые идеи для досуга с ребёнком дома.

Бывает, что на первом занятии ребёнок не включается в процесс, а наблюдает. Это нормально. Нужно дать ему время освоиться. Хорошо, если мама сама включится в игру, не подталкивая вперёд малыша. Это лучший способ без слов сообщить ребёнку: здесь интересно и безопасно. Он присоединится, когда будет готов. Побыть наблюдателем на таком занятии очень полезно. Это взрослым кажется, что ребёнок «ничего не делает». Находясь в развивающей среде ребёнок всё замечает, всё впитывает. Он накапливает опыт, чтобы однажды вас удивить!

Расписание дня

В нашем ежедневном расписании есть время для участия детей как в групповых мероприятиях, так и в мероприятиях по самостоятельному выбору детей.

Morning circle:

9:00 a.m.

Morning meeting is a time to greet everyone and start our day. Activities at morning meeting include children’s jobs, pledge of allegiance, calendar, weather, introduction of new letters and numbers of the week and introduce the days activities.

Child choice time:

9:00 a.m. – 9:25 a.m.
A variety of developmentally appropriate activities that encourage learning in all areas of development, as well as a teacher facilitated activity.

Clean up time

9:25 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.
All children work together to clean up our class room.

Story time:

10:45 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
The teacher reads a story to the class relative to the current curriculum.

Snack time:

11:00 a.m. – 11:50 a.m.
Our school has a peanut free policy. Children begin snack with hand washing and participate in serving and clean-up. Snacks include Goldfish, Cheez-its, Ritz, Saltines, pretzels or graham crackers. Water is provided with the snack.

Quiet time:

11:50 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
A short rest time (two minutes) at snack tables while listening to quiet music.

Morning circle:

12:30 p.m. – 12:45 p.m.
Meeting time is an opportunity for the whole class to get together in one area. Activities at this meeting include show and tell, music and movement, class discussions and group games. Most importantly this is a time for children to share information with others, practice listening and waiting skills, and participate in a large group.

Physical activity:

12:45 p.m. – 2:15 p.m.
Children participate in active play outdoors and in our indoor gym in cold or poor weather.

Goodbye:

2:15 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Children gather personal items, receive handouts, and wait at the front door for dismissal.

Optional lunch bunch

12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
The Lunch Bunch Program is an extension of our day program and is offered twice a week on Monday and Friday (for the 3 Day Pre-Kindergarten Program) and on Tuesdays (for the 2 Day Preschool Program). This is an optional program of one hour from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for an additional fee of $10.00 for the hour. Sign up ahead of time and bring your own peanut free lunch.
